  1. We will prepare a reservation contract for you. It includes a fee payable within 5 days of signing. The amount of the reservation fee is part of the purchase price and will be deducted from the total price.
  2. A purchase contract is then signed within a month of signing the reservation contract, after which the remainder of the apartment price minus the reservation fee is paid.
